Wholesale
Process
We satisfy many of our wholesale orders via access to an online spreadsheet, our “Fresh Sheet.” This sheet is updated every Sunday, and ordering is open from Sunday through Tuesday. Your order is then delivered on Wednesday afternoon, generally between 12pm and 4pm. Delivery is free if you are located in Peoria and order more than $50. Otherwise we charge a $10 delivery fee.
Availability
We are a farm, not Sysco. We have obvious limitations on the quantity of product we can offer due to our current acreage as well as when certain products are available. We want to work with establishments that understand the obvious challenges we have to contend with in growing food and are flexible as a result.
